Continuing issues with connection dropping

Im not getting any help sorting out an issue with the hub reconnecting frequently, very frequently, this has been occurring for over a month and multiple calls to the tech support line etc. Any suggestions? Was sent a new 3.0 hub as I was having problems which were blamed on the old hub after cabling in the area was up graded. Previously no problems in over 2 years since moving into the property.

I have tried to test things from here for you but I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account, I will need some information from you in order to proceed with diagnostics.
