Constantly losing connection although wireless seems ok. Need to disconnect and reconnect.

How do I fix this problem?  It has plagued me and I have had no help from engineers.  I finally found that the IP address isn't assigned and have dchp errors.  Can anyone help?

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your connection constantly dropping. I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested the connection from here and I can see that your Hubs logs are showing a lot of time outs inside. I would like to arrange for this to be investigated further for you by one of our engineers.
