Constant dropping

I have been with virgin a couple weeks now and the last 24hours its been constantly dropping. I checked router status and seems it couldn't install a downloaded file for the router? Also date and time in status keeps going back many many years

Still dropping every second or two. Can't do much without it saying no connection 🤔

Thank you for getting in touch to let us know that your internet is constantly dropping, I apologise for any inconvenience.

I have tested your connection from this side, everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.

Are you still having these issues? If so, please respond to me here with a recent copy of your Hubs logs for me to compare with the data we have here.

Also, when the connection drops is there any noticeable change to the Hubs light sequence?
