I am getting constant disconnects through the ethernet this isn't the first time it's also through wifi the router just keeps disconnecting and tbh I'm sick of this with the amount I'm paying for my bill each month it needs sorted or I'm going elsewhere sick of engineers comming out and saying it's all fine but I'm still having the problems

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing intermittent broadband connection. I can imagine how frustrating this can be.
I would like to check your connection for any issues, however I was unable to locate your account. I've sent you a PM (purple envelope icon, right corner) requesting some details.
In the meantime, can you post your router information for me please? To do this type in 192.168.0.1 in the address bar, no need to sign in, on the top right you will see router status. Within here you will have downstream, upstream and network log. You can copy and paste this information, that would be great.
