Constant disconnection for me and a friend in a 2 mile radius
Called Virgin they were not very helpful, so I will continue on here, my internet keeps disconnecting for 30 ish seconds and it happens very frequently maybe 4 to 5 times an hour. For someone who games online a lot this is very frustrating. Can anyone help?

Sorry about your disconnections, I'll do my best to help.
My diagnostic tests are not revealing any issues with your Hub or with the network. There's certainly no indication of connection drops, your Hub has been connected to the CMTS for a number of days. And there are no recent timeouts since the 22nd (as per those reflected in your post).
So that I can help I should like to ask a few questions:
Do these disconnects affect wireless or wired devices (or both)?
Do the Hub lights change?
Are any specific activities affected (gaming, downloading, streaming etc)?
Please provide as much information as you can. I need to know if this is a wireless related issue or if perhaps the Hub remains online but Internet throughput is disrupted.
