Connectivity problems

My wifi won't connect. There was an issue in the earlier yesterday that it says is fixed but for some reason I can't now load anything. It says it's connected and netflix played for about 5 minutes, then it stopped and won't now loads anything

Re: Connectivity problems

Hello Ginasneesby,

Thanks for posting and a warm welcome to the Community Smiley Very Happy

Sorry for your recent loss of service! I've just taken a look and I can see that you've currently got 5 wireless devices connected so it looks like you're back up and running.

Let us know if we can help with anything else.

Take care.

Re: Connectivity problems

Sorry to hear this phileye,

I've located your details and I'm unable to detect any active faults at the moment.

Have you tried Changing your Virgin Media Hub's wireless channel in order to potentially improve this type of connection?

Re: Connectivity problems

Yes I've done that I'm not new to networking or wifi as i said its as if the wifi side of the hub freezes I've rebooted restarted factory reset bla , bla but it still freezes and I've moved the hub to a different room as i have the coax in two rooms in my house i believe it's the hub but i cannot put it through a stress test and monitor it so i have no evidence to prove my theory maybe you can strees test it or send another hub and see if that cures it
