Connectivity drop outs

We have a client with a Superhub 3, connected to an 8 port Ubiquiti Tough Switch and Unifi Pro access points. Our Network monitor continues to show connection drop outs - sometimes with the client losing connectivity to the internet for days.

Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear about your issues with your connection dropping out, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

I have tried to test your connection from here, however, I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account. In order to proceed with diagnostics I require some information from you.
