Connection problems

How many times do I have to report this situation before someone at VM actually does something!!! For weeks now I have had issues with this... I have rang, emailed even logged a formal complaint and literally nothing has been done other than the usual "turn it off and on again" clearly there is something up with YOUR equipment!!!. Can you please arrange for someone to contact me and arrange an engineer to come out as I am convinced it is YOUR equipment that is the problem.
