Thanks for getting in touch to let us know that your connection keeps giving you the error message to update security, I am sorry about this, I am confident I can get this sorted out for you.
I have run some diagnostics on your Hub from here and I can see that all of your power levels are within the preferred ranges and the Hubs logs look good with regards to any time outs or errors, which is great news.
With regards to the security on your Hub I have had a look and I can see that it is currently running with WPA2 - PSK (AES). This is what it should be running on. If this is still a problem for you, could you please try resetting your Hub to factory settings and let me know how you get on. If this doesn't solve the problem I will ensure a replacement Hub is sent out to you.
