I'm experiencing regular (every 5 to 10 min) drops with my connection, since a week or so (after an update of the firmware?). Here is my downstream and upstream pages, for around 10 hours worth of errors counting. I guess something is wrong here.

Our technicians have picked up an issue with the network in your area (F004979000) causing intermittent connection. The technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 7th February.
