I will start by stating I already have an engineer booked for a visit.
I just wanted to share my issue and see if anybody knows what the problem actually is.
For the past week or two my connection has been dropping frequently but this last week it has been every hour or so without fail and has become completely useless at times.
As you can see from the monitor I set up yesterday...
Here is my router information...
The clutch of T3 errors prior to the hub restarting would suggest that there is an upstream impediment on your connection, either a regular injection of noise or a piece of equipment failing.
Thanks for posting! I am sorry to hear that you've been having issues with your connection dropping, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.
I have tested your connection from here and everything looks great! No errors or time outs inside the Hubs logs and all of the power levels are within the preferred ranges.
Are you still having these issues with your broadband? If so, please respond to me here with another copy of your Hubs logs for me to compare with the data we have here.
Also, when the connection drops what does the Hubs light sequence indicate?
