Connection dropping out

I have a problem with my internet connection in that it keeps dropping off and then after a short while returning.  This has been going on for the past week and I am getting somewhat annoyed with it.  I can be browsing and suddenly i stops working.  I have reset my router on a number of occasions and the problem seems ok for a short while and then it starts dropping off again.  This is very frustrating.  Is there anything else I can do?

Is this happening on a wired or wireless connection to the Hub?

I have a hard wired connection to my router and use wireless for my laptop connection

Do you mean that you have a seperate router connected to the hub, or do you mean the white coax cable is the hardwire to your router (hub)

Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.

Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1
Don't log in, click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen.
Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.

Don't worry about the formatting.

Just to add to griffins advice, I've run a few checks on your service from this end and all checks out okay, no obvious issues to cause drop outs are apparent.

Ho Ho, Engineer turned up today and replaced the router, problem seems to be resolved now.
