Connection dropping for 1 min every hour - Leeds area 22

My connection has run perfect for the ~ 2 years I've been with VM on the Superhub 2ac.  Since around 1 week ago I have been getting short drop-outs lasting roughly 30 to 60 seconds every hour or so, particularly in the mornings from early dawn but at other times too.

Support have told me that there are no issues (acc # *************) but have booked a technician to call later this week.

Wondering if anyone else in the Leeds area is experiencing the same issues?  My speeds are as advertised when the connection is working.

I should add for clarification that this is an wired ethernet connection, not over wifi.

Exact same issue as you aking, I have also reported it and looking through the forum there are 100's probably even more with the same issue so obviously there is a big fault with the network somewhere.

I am also Leeds area 22.

The red lines are the drops and as you can see there are 24 connection drops in under a 24hr period...

I can't see your pic, just shows as a triangle in a white box.

Hmm yeah defo see a problem there!  I have just created a quality monitor too but obviously need to give it some time to populate.  I wonder if anyone else in our area is experiencing these issues?  Unfortunately most of the recent topics posted do not list their location.  Also, mine is the 70Mb service (recently upped from 50 Mb) just for reference.

I am on the 150 upped from 100 and I imagine its not just isolated instances there must be an issue with the network for it to be so frequent.

Give your monitor a good 12hrs at least and I think it will no doubt look pretty much the same as mine.

Got the solid red graph at the moment.  Have been in router advanced settings and have changed it to Respond to ICMP echo requests sent to WAN IP which is the advice on thinkbroadband FAQ when that happens.  It's started to populate properly now.  I'll compare graphs with you tomorrow !  Smiley Happy

exactly same problem Leeds area 22. Since last Friday 25th November connection drops every hour for about a minute, then reconnects by itself. error code is a critical T3 timeout whatever that means but its something to do with upstream. I see quite a few people in this area are reporting same problem

Good to know, rumple!  I will show the "engineer" (read: technician) this thread when he calls on Thursday.

@ antz, my graph is starting to show the red stalactites hanging from the top appearing just like yours....
