I understand there is a problem in my area. When I telephone in to get a status update the auto telephone message suggests that this is an INTERMITTENT problem. It isn't intermittent it's completely useless. It occasionally achieves bursts of about 50k (on an 'up to 200M' line).
It makes us realise how much we rely on internet services, from streaming music/TV etc to taking card payments, but please make the status messages realistic.

I have run some checks from this side and I noticed that your downstream power levels are borderline on the lower side of things, this may be the cause of your performance issues.
