Have been trying to log in to my new router using the following : 192.168.0.01
This works fine and I am then asked for the password which is on a plastic tab that slides into its own slot on the router. When I enter this password, it says the password is incorrect !
Any advice please ??
If it's the new Hub3 then the access password should be on a label on the underside of the hub.
The password on the underside of the router is exactly the same as the one on the removable tab - the one I entered as requested but was told it was incorrect !!

Apologies that you are unable to log into the Hub settings.
With the sticker underneath the router and the pull out tab, the settings password should show as the same.
If you are entering the settings password and this still doesn't work, try a factory reset of the Hub and hopefully the password will log you in.

My fault ! The WiFi password and the settings password are different, I was entering the WiFi password not the settings password. All is ok now.
