Hi, I cannot get Wifi on my printer or My Kindle but it's come up on my iPad, any ideas why? Other peoples account details come up but not ours.

Sorry to hear about your wireless problems, it sounds frustrating.
You might find that changing your wireless channel will help. We've got a really helpful article here - Changing the Virgin Media router's wireless channel / frequency that will show you how to sign into your Hub and make the changes.
