Complaint

I have been loyal customer for 6 years. My internet hasnt worked properly in about a year and i cant count how many time i have phoned up. Usually staff were soo nice and tried there best keep you happy, but last two times there didnt listen properly didnt help at all. Im at my wits end think im going have to cancel. Price is goung up and up and wifi is get worse every month.
