Cant connect to wifi

Hi. I have been using a superhub 2 for a rew years and recently the wifi wont let me connect at all. I can connect via ethernet and my wifi signals are visible. I just get an error every time i try to use it. I have presses the reset button and this did nothing.

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your WiFi.

 

It seem to be an issue with the Superhub 2 itself. I've sent you a private message (purple envelope at the top right of your screen) so I can grab some details and get this sorted out for you.

Further to your message to Adam_L, I've checked your connection for you.

 

Hope you don't mind me responding on behalf of Adam as he is currently away from the office at the moment.

 

I've checked your equipment levels and there does appear to be an issue with the equipment modem SNR upstream level at the moment.

 

I'd like to arrange an engineer visit to investigate this further.

 

I've sent you a private message so that we can get this sorted.

Further to your private mail, I understand that you've already had an engineer visit. However, if the same problem persists, its worth us investigating this further.
