I have followed the instruction on the support site on how to reset the Hub 3.0, but it does not work for me. Is there any other option that I could use?
Hi,I had this issue and couldn't remember my password, so I phoned up tech support who reset it for me.If you know the password to the admin area, I think you can reset it in there, but not 100% sure.
