My 1yr old Lenovo cannot connect by WiFi to the Virgin Media hub. It transpires that the hub has a design fault in that it simply hasn't been made to connect to some PC WiFi adapters. Any solutions? Shouldn't Virgin be sending me one of their adapters maybe?
Sorry to hear you're unable to connect your PC at the moment, we don't supply wireless adapters I'm afraid. Are you able to connect with an Ethernet cable and try and update the software of your wireless adapter? This might get you up and running as there might be an incompatibility issue. What make is your adapter? I'll try and find specific instructions for you.
