I have to use VMWare Horizon to connect to a VPN for work. This has been working really nicely for about 6 months and just stopped working on Friday last week (31/03/2017) and continues to fail.
I am now having to use my mobile or borrow someone else's BT connection in order to do my work and I cannot put up with this as I need it every day.
What can I check here? I have rebooted the modem, done a pin-hole reset (required to get into the router as the login stopped working).
I had blamed my work and got them investigating as I had tried multiple computers, but discovered it is purely a problem with Virgin Media that has started now allowing these VPN connections.
Please advise as VM is fairly useless to me if I cannot use it for work anymore.
FYI - internet connection seems fine for anything else.

A quick update.
I enabled PPTP Pass-through last night although it did not help at the time. However, it is working ok today so not sure if there was some delay in this taking effect or if it is all a coincidence!
