Cannot access hub to change channel

HELP WiFi keeps dropping signal at least 5/6 times a day for a few days, then it will be fine for about 2 weeks and start dropping out again. Have tried to access my hub but I get a message about security. It's starting to really annoy me because when WiFi stops I go on to use the data on my phone..

Managed to access hub, channel changed everything has been rebooted, fingers crossed it's now sorted..

Sadly I'm still loosing WiFi connection every 15/30 mins for at least a minute to sometimes 10 mins about 7times a day sometimes less.. wired connection is absolutely fine.
