Has anyone here had issues with cancellation,
So I signed up end of October for line rental free broadband so I didn't need to activate phoneline etc...
no one turned up to install after having a text saying there has been and issue we will call you blah blah blah, no one called I have called them been on hold for 45 mins each time, its a joke.
soo I have never signed a contract with Virgin which they said I would receive but haven't
can I cancel with out a charge now being over a month in?
Any help so I can be prepared before I call yet again tomorrow!

I'm really sorry to hear you are wanting to leave us before we've even got you installed. As you haven't been installed, no contract would have been started so you are able to leave whenever you want.
We would love it if you changed your mind and stayed with us though. If you do then let us know so we get get the construction work resolved before hand.
