I made an appointment for an engineer (Monday 14th Nov 2-4p) the problem has apparently been fixed & I would like to cancel the appointment if it still exists, or at least confirm that it has been cancelled.
There's no mention of any appointments on my account page & the option to reschedule by phone doesn't work. I'd just like to be sure the appointment is cancelled.
Hopefully the @ModTeam will be able to get somebody from the forum team to look into this ASAP tomorrow morning (the forum team don't work Sundays) to avoid a wasted trip for the engineer.
