I have been trying to log into virgin hub...http://192.168.0.1/
I am typing my wifi password and i get an error saying "The password you entered is incorrect."
I have no other passwords apart from my wifi, the label on my router has no other passwords too. The technicians just gave me the wifi password...
Will i have to call customer service or is there a fix to this?
I have also tried passwords such as, Changeme, changeme, Changeme1
I need help ASAP, this is extremely frustrating... I've been trying to log ever since i got this set up, couple months ago :/
On the label under your hub should be a label
on the right hand side of the label is
your wifi network namebelow thatWifi Passwordbelow thatSettings password
my settings password is a 8 digit number
