Can't connect to wifi

Hi,

We have a Hub 3.0 that is currently not connecting to the internet. The wifi light is green and base LED light is flashing green. It says I am connected but there is no wifi service. I've turned the box on and off and it still does the same thing. Help!!

Welcome to the community. I'm really sorry to hear of the loss of service you've experienced. Are you still experiencing any problems with the wifi connection?
