Hey, I thought I would try asking the community before calling support in case I'm doing something terribly wrong.So I'm trying to access my router setting but when I go to the http://192.168.0.1/ page and enter the password on my router I get a "The password you entered is incorrect." message.
I've reset my router 3 times and I'm 100% entering the correct number password that's on it beside "Settings password" but it never works.
A friend of mine mentioned him changing his setting through the VM website but I think he was misunderstanding me.
So am I missing something here or should I call customer services?
Have you done a pinhole reset? Or just power cycled it?
Yea sorry that's what I meant by reset, I've followed the instructions with the pinhole reset button.
Is the HUB in router mode (normal) or modem mode (with your own router)
If its in normal, time for 150 - modem mode the GUI is on 192.168.100.1
