Cab Door still not fixed after nearly a year and packet loss on the line still!

Hi virgin 

Still the cab door im connected too still not been fixed and is open again in this bad rain we had today.

also still packet loss on the line which kicks stuff offline in the house after ive had techs out to try find problem.

I am sorry you are having problems and we were a bit slow getting here. At the moment the line and hub look good, the only cloud on the horizon is the area peak time traffic F004758877 which I believe you are already aware of. What makes you think you have packet loss by the way, is it only at peak times? 

Have you reported the cabinet door recently, do you have a reference number we will be happy to chase it. If not would you be so kind as to report it again Reporting cabinet or manhole damage

Hi Nicola

No found it its to do with the hub3 in modem what makes the packet loss had to use router mode till there's a fix for it.

Like someone to fix the cab door thou.

sorry not been back in touch was busy off today thou.

the cab door number is 207203

theres a bit of wood/stick on the door to keep is shut so no more rain or anything can get in so it looks like it shut but its not.
