Browsing Issue

We are still in our first month with Virgin Media.

I was working on my websites this morning when all of a sudden the site crashed. I raised this with my hosting company who confirmed there were no issues and the websites were up and running.

I've tried my pc, laptops and my mobile (with and without wi-fi) and unable to reach my websites, however all other websites are reachable without any problems. 

I have been out of the office for an hour or so and was able to reach my websites during this time, now I am back they are unreachable again.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

I am sorry you are unable to reach your website, most frustrating. If it happens again often a performing a traceroute may reveal something, do it to the URL of the site and that will check for DNS resolution too and let us know how that goes.
