Broadband

I'm paying well over the odds for this Broadband fibre optic virgin said it's very reliable but it's not it drops out freezes out modem is underneath the TV just as they said to obtain full speed but it's nothing it's all talk because they wanted my money now I'm stuck in a bloody 12 month contract so I can't even cancel look at my name that explains everything

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry to read you are having an issue with your broadband connection.

 

Looking at your connection, the line and hub have come back as fine. The network segment is running stable and healthy, which is good.

 

When the broadband disconnects, do you notice any lights change on the router? Does this happen on both wired and wireless devices?

Are you able to complete a speed test through a wired connection to see what speeds you achieve?
