How do you go about getting a new router, ours keeps cutting out, it fixed itself but now it's not working again...it takes to long to get an engineer out. We want it sorted as soon as possible. Thank you.
If you want it sorted as soon as possible the you will need to call VM and report the fault as staff responses on here are currently at least a week.
