Broadband

Are you allowed more than one router for your home, because I am considering on buy another router for my home as my internet is very slow, if you have suggestions on how to boost my internet connection it would be really helpful. If you have multiple routers in your home was there an extra charge? if there was an extra charge what was the amount you were charged?

Re: Broadband

You can't pay to have another hub active, but you can put the one you have into modem mode and attach a 3rd party WiFi router to it (non-DSL type.)

From the hub end onwards you can do what you like, Buy as many additional WiFi routers as you want, run them in access point / bridge mode. Run Ethernet cabling and even get 1Gb+ powerline pairs, etc. It's all up to you how much you're willing to sink in to get a better network setup at home.
