Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.
I've checked your account and I can see an issue with the network in your area causing intermittent loss of connection - Ref.(F005025649). Our technicians are working to get this resolved as soon as possible and have set a review date of 1st February.
Once the network fault has cleared, I'll run another diagnostic for you to make sure everything is as it should be.
