OK...Can anyone (preferable from Virgin) please tell me why, after having purchasing a new Windows 10 laptop my download speed is showing as 56.56Mb and my Upload speed 9.5Mb?... When my Virgin account says I should be getting 150Mb ????????
This broadband test was done this morning (Saturday) at 10:56 and the laptop was connected to the router with a cable.. I did this deliberately to see the cable speed as apposed to the wifi speed.
Sorry to hear you're getting poor speeds. I've just checked your connection and can see that your upstream power levels are too high which will affect speeds as well as cause drop outs. We'll have to get a technician out to adjust and I've just sent you a private message to arrange the best time.
