I spoke to a Virgin guy last week about internet connection problems. He said we needed a new router as ours was quite old, and there was a newer version which should solve our problems. He said there would be no charge for this. It was arranged for it to be delivered on Saturday, but nothing came. I have now just contacted Virgin, firstly by webchat then by phone and they have both told me that all they can do is give me a new router for which I will have to pay an extra £1 a month and a £14.99 activation fee. Where do I go from here?
