What does 3rd party noise on network mean on my broadband

noise is basically interference on your line, broadband is basically using high frequency noises to communicate information, when you have unwanted noise it can disrupt this process and have undesirable results, by third party they mean that someone else or there equipment is introducing noise to your line and this can cause RS errors and other problems,
