Broadband not working - no internet connection

Hi There.

Please I need help. I have not internet connection (not wired no wireless connection) 3 weeks now. I tried everything, including the testing tool posted on https://my.virginmedia.com/faults/cpe-diagnosis-result home site. I guess would need an engineer to come home and does what it corresponded. I'm so upset. I spent a big deal of the day out home & got no service when in need of it..

I'd appreciate assistance.

Have you phoned to report the fault ?

On here It will take 1-2 weeks for a member of virgin staff to get to this.

what type of superhub have you got and what are the lights on it doing?

Can you go to 192.168.0.1 and click on 'check router status'.. what does show?

Hi neduard, 

Thanks for the post! I am sorry to hear about your troubles with no connection, I apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have tested things from here and I can see that you're only locking onto one upstream channel, an engineer will need to attend in order to resolve this for you.

I will send you a PM (Purple envelope at the top) detailing what's required in order to proceed with making the booking. Please respond to me there and I'll get this sorted for you.
