Broadband not working at all

I had my broadband installed three days ago and have had no internet whatsoever. Once installed I was told that virgin media was experiencing issues in my area and that it would all by fixed the same day. The expected fixture time was now Sunday 11.45 rather than on the Friday as expected. This is now not an issue as it has been fixed for my area but my hub is still flashing both green lights and not responding at all. I have reset the hub following the help instructions and have tried to see if I need to activate anything, however this won't work either. I have ran the tests and all it says is to try again in 10 minutes and I'm having no luck whatsoever

Really sorry to hear you've had a bad install.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and the Hub is currently online. Is everything OK?
