Broadband in BD2

I'm having a few issues with my Internet this afternoon. My router keeps restarting and my connection has been pretty much useless since about 1pm. Are there any faults that have been reported? Service status says everything is fine.
I am using the hub 3.

Really sorry to hear you've had trouble with your connection.

 

I've checked out your account and I can see an issue with the network affecting speeds at peak times (F003835038), although this wouldn't cause the service to disconnect intermittently.

 

I've run a diagnostic on your equipment and the levels are all looking great at the moment. Are you still experiencing issues?
