How do we book an engineer online please, had no broadband this morning and online agent was not able to pinpoint the fault or send out a new router for us to test. Please help.
The quickest way unfortunately is to phone customer services, hopefully you’ll get a better agent. VM do monitor this board, but it can take some days to pick up posts.
