Once again poor service. Fault identified F004948687 and engineer on the way. Seriously......from where? He has been on his way since this morning......... Need to get the engineer a new satnav!! Now 10am tomorrow 18th. I am thankfully out of contract so time to ask Sky what they can do. I don't think it can be any worse than VM. £80 a month and not even a TiVo. Time up methinks.
