Broadband fault and usual delay in fixing

Once again poor service. Fault identified F004948687 and engineer on the way. Seriously......from where? He has been on his way since this morning.........  Need to get the engineer a new satnav!! Now 10am tomorrow 18th. I am thankfully out of contract so time to ask Sky what they can do.  I don't think it can be any worse than VM.  £80 a month and not even a TiVo.  Time up methinks.

Re: Broadband fault and usual delay in fixing

Also ask VM "thinking of leaving us" option because of the £80 question. They will re-contract you but the cost will go down substantially.
