Broadband dropping out every day

Every day we have to reset our hub at least 3 times in the morning and then when i run a status check, it always says there is an issue and will be resolved in 10 minutes.  This is becoming a real pain - do you have any ideas of what I can do?

The download and upload speeds are awful even though we pay a huge amount of money each month!

Sorry to hear this is happening and I would like to welcome you to the community.

 

I have located your account and I can see you have reported the issue with slow speeds but from what you're mentioning here your connection cuts out completely?

 

You shouldn't need to keep resetting your hub to gain back your connection so what I would like to do is send one of the team out to take a look at this for you.

 

If you click on the purple envelope at the top right of your screen you will see a message waiting for you with further information.
