Broadband down in area 22

Hi.

My wireless doesn't seem to connect. Apparently no reported fault in asda but to report a fault I would have had to wait at least 5 mins on the phone. Checked fault with the box on your site and were told to run test. Can't run test on WiFi cos I can't connect. Did through my mobile using my data and told to wait 10 minutes and turn off and turn on. Tried that. Still nothing.

Please sort out the fault in area 22.

Why is it so hard to report a fault or check with someone.

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry to read that you are experiencing loss of broadband connection.

 

When I checked your connection, there are no faults reported that would cause loss of service and the broadband is showing as online.

 

Is the internet now working for you or are you experiencing any further issues?

Hi

I am in area 22 as well and can confirm download speeds are terrible. I am on 70mb package and am only getting the following results from speedtest.net

Ping 36ms, Download 2.05 Mbps, Upload 4.51 Mbps

This is similar both from a Windows 8 pc and Android phone.

I have been with you for 2 years and never had a problem until yesterday.

Been trying to phone you up several times and report this but after being put on hold for 20 minutes you hang up on me.

Please fix this in area 22.
