My wireless doesn't seem to connect. Apparently no reported fault in asda but to report a fault I would have had to wait at least 5 mins on the phone. Checked fault with the box on your site and were told to run test. Can't run test on WiFi cos I can't connect. Did through my mobile using my data and told to wait 10 minutes and turn off and turn on. Tried that. Still nothing.
Please sort out the fault in area 22.
Why is it so hard to report a fault or check with someone.
