We have been having some serious issues with our broadband connection. The connection keeps dropping and going to 'Limited Connectivity' we have to then disconnect and re-connect, but after a while it is limited again. We had a new router sent to us few months ago but that doesn't seem to solve the problem. We keep losing connection on all our devices connected to Wi-Fi. I even connected my tablet using a cable so it should function without Wi-Fi, but the connectivity hasn't improved. I recently bought fireTVstick but cannot get it going due to losing connection! I got to the point when I am now really fed up with the whole thing and want somebody to sort it out properly. Please help!

Sorry to hear about the intermittent connection you're experiencing, I know this can be frustrating. Have you tried changing the wireless channel yet? Often this will help improve the wireless performance. Could you have a try and let us know if it helps.
