I've reported faults with my broadband hub multiple times to be told there is never any problems. The hub always restarts by itself and I lose signal constantly even being right next to the hub. I have to physically turn it off and on again at the wall. Whenever i ring up, I'm told they cant see any errors and I don't know what else to do. Can someone help?
I'm very sorry to hear of the problems you have been experiencing with the broadband service and that these issues have been going on for quite some time now. I've run some checks on your hub and there are some problems with the downstream power levels which may be the cause of this.
