Broadband Cutting Out

My wifi started cutting out.
I restarted router several times. The Base LED white light flashes, it will eventually turn green and then go back to flashing. During this time i can connect for about 5 mins before it drops out again.
Ive tried to connect Virgin directly but the live chat is busy and i seem to get cut off on their free phone.

Has anyone got any ideas what the problem may be? Or how to report it to VM?

It could be a number of things which we need to narrow down.

Do any devices connected directly to the hub loose connection the same time?

Posting some basic diagnostic info may help.

Navigate to the hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1
Don't log in, click the Router Status button in the top right of the screen.
Copy \ Paste the Downstream, Upstream, and Network Logs.

Don't worry about the formatting, but do obscure personal information like your WAN IP address.

Hi Griffin

Thanks for the prompt response. None of my other devices are cutting out.

Unfortunately the internet doesnt stay connected for long enough to use that web address.

I watched the video of lookung for a new channel, but again the connection cuts our far to quickly for me to get through the stages.

Getting quite frustrated. Any ideas or thoughts welcome!?

Which device is cutting out? I take it you are connecting wirelessly to the hub.

How are your other devices that do not loose connection to the hub connected?

Can you reach the Hub's GUI using http://192.168.100.1 from your other devices?
