Broad band down again in PO5

I've had issues with broadband going down for hours at a time for the past 10 days in PO53AZ.

Is now says this won't be resolved for another 2 days.

Does anyone know why this is happening and how I can expect to get / be compensated?

Really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and your Hub appears to be offline at the moment. Are you still experiencing issues?
