Ensure your wireless security is set to WPA2-PSK and encryption is set to AES.

Change your wireless access password.

You can set up MAC filtering and add the device you wish to block to the filter list.

I suggested this as an option in a recent post in another thread and received this reply:- 

MAC address filtering is trivial to bypass.  All I need to do is monitor traffic to see which MAC's are talking with one another, and then spoof one of them.

Personally I don't think it does any harm to use MAC address filtering. It adds another step for a cracker to take to get on a network and may help to put off casual access attempts.
