Base light flashing green no connection

Hi,

On my hub 3 the bottom led is constantly flashing green and the wireless symbol is solid green and I have no Internet connectivity. I've tried resetting multiple times, switching on off etc.
Can anyone help? I'm a home worker and this loss of connection is costing me money.

Thanks for getting in touch to let us know about your issues with your base light flashing green on your Hub 3.0 and no connection, I apologise for any troubles incurred.

 

I have tried to test your connection from here however I was unable to locate any of your details via your forum account, I will need some information from you in order to proceed with diagnostics.
