I actually got good customer service, much to my surprise, last Sunday. On that Sunday. we had a brief power cut, then stuff came back on-line ok for a couple of hours but then zap - we lost the internet & got a 7400 error on tivo. The automated "we'll test everything" thingie cleared up tivo but not the internet so I phoned back in after 10 minutes as per the auto-instructions, expecting a torrid time with idiots in India.
But I was connected to a helpful chap in Swansea. [ I asked him where he was, saying " you don't sound at all Indian " ] He could not see any local outages so he had me disconnect then reconnect the coax going into the hub3 - I was nervous & dubious but did it and a minute later it was back on-line - & has been ever since.
